Visual Effects in
JAVA™

Java is a really neat programming language. Beacuse of its powerful graphics and multi-threading capabilities, it can draw and animate images. Such as paint white clouds floating across your screen. Or make snowflakes dance on the screen. Or just have weird patterns wandering haphazardly. What a way to make web pages come to life.

Please stay tuned! I'm building a site about visual effects in Java, from animation techniques to a collection of nifty applets with orbiting planets, leaping cows and whatnot.

You can e-mail me any cute Java programs that render any miraculous presentations on-screen. Sorry, I have yet to make a proper procedure for these submissions.
